1. Overview

This website is operated by Ann & Ann Creations. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

2. Products & Handmade Nature

All items sold are handmade. Due to this, slight variations in color, size, and design may occur. These variations are not considered defects but part of the uniqueness of each piece.

3. Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in USD. 
• Full payment is required before orders are processed.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
• If an order is canceled by the customer after payment, a full store credit will be issued.
• if an order is canceled by Ann & Ann Creations a full refund will be given. 

4. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

• Custom orders are created based on customer-provided measurements and specifications.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring all details are accurate.
• Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

5. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within [3-4 weeks].
• You will be notified of any significant delays.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping costs are calculated based on weight. 
• Delivery times vary from 3-4 months when outside the Bahamas. 
• We are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages caused by carriers.
• Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
• We only accept returns or exchanges for defective or incorrect items.
• To request a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos).
• Approved returns must be unused and in original condition.8. Cancellations
• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
• After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed.

9. Product Care

Care instructions are provided with each item. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper care or handling.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including designs, images, logos, and text—is the property of Ann & Ann Creations and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Allergic reactions to fabrics or materials
• Indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of our products
